Terry McGovern

Terry is the founder of Vision Advisors. He has spent a significant portion of his business career in the public sector. Early in his career, he rose to the position of Executive Vice President of CPI, Inc. $400M revenue NYSE (CPI) public company. During his tenure, he held responsibilities for two divisions in the United States and all of the company's Canadian operations. Terry also founded two companies, which he took public on the NASDAQ.

Terry has extensive management experience in marketing, operations and finance. He has provided strategic services to public companies in health care, telecommunications, investment banking, entertainment, retailing, apparel, fragrance, software, information services, technology and diagnostic imaging services. Additionally, Terry has had significant experience structuring and financing start-up companies as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has raised millions of dollars for client companies in the form of both debt and equity.

Kent Eff

Kent is a seasoned investment banking and private equity executive with an extensive network of venture, private equity, and industry contacts. He has been involved in the financial services industry for over 15 years, providing emerging growth companies with capital and advisory services. He has assisted corporate clients with public and private capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, asset valuation and securitization and transaction fairness issues.

Kent began his career at Robertson, Colman & Stephens in San Francisco. He has worked in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and CIBC Oppenheimer in New York. He was also a founding member of E*OFFERING, which later merged with WIT Soundview. In addition to his investment banking experience, Kent has held capital and financial planning positions at AMR Corporation (American Airlines) in Dallas. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Jonathan Maslow

Jonathan brings over 30 years of diverse transaction experience as an advisor and principal. He was the founder and president of Pica Overseas, Inc. headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Singapore. Jonathan has advised corporate clients throughout Asia, Europe and North America on developing joint ventures, cross-border partnerships and acquisitions. In addition, he has managed international partnerships focused on building technology manufacturing and printing operations in China. He has also advised numerous Israeli technology companies on growth strategies including global investment and technology partnerships. He previously held executive management positions at mPower LLC, Network-1 Security Solutions, and Brighterion, Inc.

Jonathan began his career as a journalist and reporter working for several newspapers and magazines and was Editor-in-Chief of California Lawyer magazine. He holds a B.A. degree from Colby College and a Master degree in Journalism from University of California, Berkeley.
